Girls on the Run

Hello all! Girls on the Run Fall Season 2010 is upon us!

This season will run the week of Labor Day till November 20th with our very own New Balance Girls on the Run 5K at USC Upstate!

Our Fall 2010 Sites Include:

Houston Elementary

Tuesdays & Thursdays 2:45 – 4:00pm

SoleMates is the adult charity running leg of Girls on the Run (GOTR). We are male and female athletes who pursue individual goals, such as running a marathon or participating in a triathlon, to raise money for Girls on the Run of Spartanburg.

SoleMates offers:

• Easy online registration process
• Exclusive t-shirt and welcome packet upon registration
• Incentive prizes for participants exceeding fundraising minimum
• Marathon and Half Marathon training plans developed by Jenny Hadfield for SoleMates
• Simple online fundraising through Active.com
• Potential for group training runs (varies per city)
• Inspirational emails from Girls on the Run

By registering for Girls on the Run SoleMates you agree to pay the $26.00 sign-up fee and raise a minimum of $262.00 on or before 30 days after completing any race.  When you sign up, you can choose the local Girls on the Run council (GOTR of Spartanburg) that will receive your donations.
